HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It usually takes 5–10 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
* USA: 3–5 business days
* Europe: 6–8 business days
* Australia: 2–14 business days
* Japan: 4–8 business days
* International: 10–20 business days
Note: You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (please check your spam folder if you do not receive one).
Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We will not refund or replace items, if they are sent to the wrong address.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please doing the following:
* Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. (Please check your spam folder if you did not receive one.)
* Ask your local post office if they have your package
* Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We will not refund or replace items, if they are sent to the wrong address.
If the shipping address was correct, and you’ve already followed the steps above… get in touch with us at info@huedavis.com with your order number.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. (Please check your spam folder if you did not receive one.)

DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT TRUE TO SIZE?
It depends on the shirt...
Shirts labeled "Regular Fit" will be true-to-size.
Our "Unisex" shirts run slightly smaller than typical men's shirts and slightly larger than typical women's shirts.
There is a size chart on each listing to help you find the perfect size!
A couple recommendations for "Unisex" tees:
* For women… we recommend ordering your normal size for a regular / looser fit or sizing down for a more fitted look.
* For men… if you’re normally on the cusp of a regular-sized tee, say… between a L and an XL, and you prefer a looser-fitting tee, go for the XL.
But please note: this is only general advice. We do not refund / exchange orders for wrong sizes (because everything we sell is made to order).
**Use the SIZE GUIDE wisely (found on every product listing), and bust out a ruler to measure your favorite t-shirt or hoodie if you need to.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE / COLOR?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Although it’s quite rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@huedavis.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Let's make this simple and easy!
Here is our refund / return policy in a nutshell:
We only offer refunds / returns when the product is damaged, or there is a defect.
We do not refund / exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. Everything we sell is made to order, meaning we don’t keep anything in stock. Once you order, we get to work on making your custom order.
We do not refund / exchange orders for wrong sizes. *Please refer to the size chart (above) and choose your size wisely.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items… which rarely happens at Hue Davis.
But if you receive a damaged, defective, or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@huedavis.com.
Please provide the following in your email:
* Your order number
* A photo of the item showing the damage or defect
* A description of the issue with the item.

ARE YOUR SHIRTS SCREEN PRINTED OR VINYL?
Our designs are actually printed directly onto the shirts in a process known as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing.
Direct-to-garment printing not only allows us to offer the most design colors, it is also far more sustainable than traditional screen printing.
WHY DOES MY SHIRT (OR HOODIE) HAVE A VINEGAR SMELL, OR DISCOLORATION?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue.
Don't worry... that's not unusual. It's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
WHAT ARE YOUR RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
For t-shirts and hoodies: Machine wash cold, with item turned inside out. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
For hats: Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it's needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Do not machine wash.

I ENTERED THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The customer is responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout.
If you made a mistake, please send us an email ASAP at info@huedavis.com with your order number. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping. Otherwise, your order will go out as it was entered by you.
Please note: Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a store credit to the customer, minus any shipping costs.
If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, place a new order.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or it was the wrong item.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@huedavis.com within a weeks' time a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Hue Davis will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, and the package will not be refunded or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over packages once they leave our fulfillment center.
Please contact your local post office if this happens, and coordinate with them on the next steps, or file a help request form with the USPS.
* Don’t forget to check with your neighbors, in case the courier left the package with them.
CAN YOU APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO A PAST ORDER?
We are not able to do price adjustments at this time.
All discounts must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. This includes sales and automatic discounts.
WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED? IS YOUR BRAND ECO-FRIENDLY/SUSTAINABLE?
Our shirts are Bella + Canvas brand and they are manufactured in the United States. You can read more about where the shirts are manufactured and the process here.
The sewing process is the only process that may take place outside of the United States. However, Bella + Canvas only works with factories that have the same high ethical and environmental standards as their Platinum WRAP Certified U.S. factory and they work to ensure everything is sweatshop-free and above board – meaning fair wages and pleasant working conditions.

Our stickers are vinyl and printed within the U.S.
